The Factory Company Limited (TFCL) is an indigenous, integrated Agricultural Business holding Company in Nigeria
The Company’s Agricultural and Agro-Allied Operations/Subsidiaries include
- WiiFArm Services (Crop Production and Management)
- Integrated Factory Company (Crop Production and Distribution)
TFCL is currently focused on the production (sourcing), processing and distribution of edible rice across Nigeria, TFCL owns a combined 15MTPD rice milling facility in Bida Niger State from where it produces its flagship NaijaSweetRice® brand in 50kg , 25kg , 5kg, 1kg and 375g sizes
NaijaSweetRice ® is distributed to consumers through distributors and TFCL owned outlets in major Nigerian cities like Abuja , Lagos, Benin , Calabar and Uyo. NaijaSweetRice® has gained significant market acceptance across all the territories where it is currently trading.

Sir Akhibi Emmanuel is a finance expert who bagged a B.Sc Banking and Finance (Unilag) and M.Sc Finance (Edo State University), he served at the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) for over 30years before retiring as Assistant Director Banking Supervision Unit, a Knight of St Mulumba, he lives in Lagos with his family

Akhibi Onoke is a Farmer and an Industrialist has a B.Sc Economics from the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN), he is a thoroughbred entrepreneur and a self-starter with over 18years in business management and leadership, he is widely traveled with a global worldview, a solution-focused innovator and an excellent manager of resources who has leveraged his innate entrepreneurial and relationship management skills to steer the affairs of the company from its founding to this day

Mr. Kingsley Okoro
Director- Production/Technical Operations
Mr Okoro Kingsley is a Civil and Structural Engineer with over 10years field experience, he acquired a B.Eng Civil Engineering University of Benin and M.Sc Structural Engineering University of Lagos
Mr Okoro oversees the company’s entire rice processing operations ranging from line management, equipment installation/repairs and routine troubleshooting, even the company’s ongoing factory expansion and construction tasks, his training as a civil and structural engineer and his ability to apply a scientific approach to task analysis and management has added so much value to the company’s operations.
Mr. Olajide Bamidele Oladejo
Chief Agronomist
Mr Oladejo bagged a B.Sc and and M.Sc in Agronomy from the University of Ibadan, he has over 6years field experience with Africa Rice Center Nigeria and International Institute for Tropical Agriculture (IITA) Ibadan as a SEED SPECIALIST, Mr Oladejo handles our farmland specific activities ranging from site selection, soil analysis , planning and mobilization for crop establishment
Mr. Uduebor Kayode Ehizode
Director
Mr. Uduebor Kayode Ehizode is a Mechanical Engineer, HND Engineering (Yaba College of Technology), B.Eng Portsmouth University UK, he served with the Nigerian Liquefied Natural Gas (NLNG) for 22years before retiring in 2019, he sits on the board of directors of the company where he brings his wealth of experience to bear in moving the company forward, he is married with 3 children

Mr Uwem Edet Owens bagged HND Physics/Electronics, PGD Radiation & Environmental Protection and M.Sc Environmental Management in view from University of Science and Technology Rivers State, he is an environmental protection expert and served with Nigeria Liquified Natural Gas (NLNG) Company from 1998 before retiring in 2019, he is married with 3 Children
